The owners, Abhi and Nana, with a corporate background in IT Sales & Marketing, embarked on a culinary journey born out of their love for diverse cuisines.

As passionate foodies, the exploration of global tastes sparked an idea: a vision of creating an Indian restaurant in Utrecht that celebrates authentic Indian cuisine while blending different flavours, cultures, and culinary influences.

At BlendHouse, we strive to make you feel at home by providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere, paired with comforting Indian food made with care and authenticity.

Our commitment extends to using no food colours or preservatives, ensuring each dish is thoughtfully prepared using fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques. Just like in our own kitchen, we blend spices in the same way we would at home, bringing the rich flavours and warmth of authentic Indian food to every plate.
